Return Policy

At BlanQ Canvas, we are committed to delivering quality experiences, products, and services. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products (including paint kits, merchandise, and event materials), all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Exceptions may apply in the rare case that an item is received damaged or incorrect. Please notify us within 5 business days of delivery by sending a photo and your order number to returns@blanq-canvas.com. If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit.

2. Refunds for Physical Products

We do not issue refunds for physical products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Items must be reported within 5 business days with supporting photos.

Refunds, if granted, will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

3. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (eBooks, templates, downloads) are final. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items.

4. Events, Classes & Services

All ticket sales for events, paint parties, classes, and workshops are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or store credit.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. Please ensure all personalization details are accurate at the time of order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
