These terms apply to products and services purchased directly from BlanQ Canvas. Any additional order or event terms will be provided before payment. These policies do not limit rights available under applicable law.
Prices, service details, and expected completion dates are confirmed before payment. Custom apparel and resume services require full payment before work begins.
A request or inquiry does not reserve an event date. Private and corporate paint parties require a 50% deposit and written booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Any booking fee or nonrecoverable costs will be disclosed before payment. The booking deposit is credited toward the event total.
Customers must approve the design, spelling, sizes, colors, and placement before production begins. Changes requested after approval may require additional payment and a revised completion date.
Customers must have permission to use any artwork, logos, photos, or other materials they provide. BlanQ Canvas may decline requests involving materials the customer is not authorized to use.
Private and corporate bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. The replacement event must take place within 90 days of the original date.
Public paint event tickets may be transferred to another person or converted to a credit toward another event with at least 48 hours’ notice.
A single-class pass covers one regular WBM line dance class. Customers may move the pass once to another regular class by contacting us before the class they planned to attend begins. The pass must be used within 30 days of purchase.
A pass is considered used when a customer misses their scheduled class without advance notice.
WBM membership costs $30 and is billed automatically each month until canceled. Membership includes all regular WBM classes during the paid membership period. Special events and separately ticketed experiences are excluded unless expressly included.
New members receive a one-time welcome gift, limited to one per person.
Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Use the subscription-management link provided by the payment service, if available, or email support@BlanQ-Canvas.com. We will confirm your cancellation.
Membership access continues through the end of the paid period. Missed classes do not roll over or qualify for prorated refunds.
Recurring billing details will be presented before enrollment, and authorization is required before recurring charges begin.
The scope, required information, and expected turnaround are confirmed before work begins. Each resume service includes one revision requested within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing the finished document. Resume services do not guarantee interviews, employment, or a particular salary.
Digital eBooks are provided for the purchaser’s personal use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, or uploaded for public access without written permission.
Purchases made through Amazon or another outside retailer follow that retailer’s purchase and return policies.
Participants must follow instructor and venue directions, treat others respectfully, and use supplies and equipment appropriately. Unsafe, threatening, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from an activity.
Line dancing involves physical activity. Participants should choose movements appropriate to their abilities, take breaks as needed, and stop if they experience pain or discomfort.
If BlanQ Canvas cancels an individually purchased class or event, customers may choose a refund or an offered replacement date or credit.
For canceled classes included in a monthly membership, we will offer a makeup class or a fair credit.
If we cannot complete a product or service order, we will refund the unfulfilled portion.
Original website text, designs, and other content owned by BlanQ Canvas may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Customer-provided materials and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply to future purchases and renewals, with advance notice of material membership changes. They do not retroactively change confirmed orders or bookings.

Custom apparel may be canceled before production begins. Payments will be refunded minus any nonrecoverable custom costs disclosed before purchase and already incurred.
Once production begins, custom apparel is not eligible for change-of-mind cancellations, returns, or refunds.
Please report incorrect, damaged, or defective items within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Include your order details and clear photos. If BlanQ Canvas made an error or supplied a defective item, we will offer a correction, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Customer-approved spelling, sizing, or design choices do not qualify for a free replacement. Problems caused by wear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not treated as production defects.
A 50% deposit is required to book. The balance is due 7 days before the event.
For cancellations, we retain only the booking fee and nonrecoverable costs disclosed before payment and already committed to your event. The remaining payment will be refunded.
One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability, for a replacement date within 90 days of the original event.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, tickets may be transferred to another person or converted to a credit toward another event.
Late cancellations and no-shows do not qualify for refunds or credits, except where required by law.
A pass may be moved once to another regular class when notice is provided before the originally planned class begins. Passes must be used within 30 days of purchase.
No-show passes are considered used. Class passes are otherwise nonrefundable, except when BlanQ Canvas cancels the class or a refund is required by law.
Membership payments cover access to regular classes during the paid membership period. Voluntarily missed classes do not qualify for partial refunds or credits.
Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Your access continues through the end of the paid period.
Use the payment service’s subscription-management link, if available, or contact support@BlanQ-Canvas.com. If a charge occurs after a timely cancellation, contact us so we can investigate and correct it.
Digital eBooks are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds after delivery.
If you have difficulty accessing your purchase, contact us for assistance. Duplicate purchases will be refunded. If we cannot provide a working copy of the purchased file, we will issue a refund.
Books purchased through Amazon or another retailer follow that retailer’s return and refund process.
If you cancel before work begins, your payment will be refunded.
If work has started, we will refund the portion attributable to work not yet performed. Completed work is nonrefundable.
One revision requested within 7 days of delivery is included in the agreed service.
If we cancel an individually purchased class or event, you may choose a refund or an offered replacement date or credit.
For canceled classes included in a membership, we will offer a makeup class or a fair credit.
If we cannot fulfill an order or service, we will refund the unfulfilled portion.
Email support@BlanQ-Canvas.com with your name, order or payment confirmation, and a description of the issue. Include photos when reporting a physical product problem.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
